Close_Form missing

Dear experts,

My customer face an output type issue.

When runnig T-Code FBCJ to display and check lot for check receipt, an error marked as red nod, it says CLOSE_FORM layout set missing..

And user said he cannot print becau se of this error.
This issue has appeared after upgrading to EHP7.
I have checked the print program and the SAPScript and everything seems to be in order

Could any one know why this is happening ?

Any suggestion is welcome.

Hello Mesbec,

Could you please check whether you are using FM "CLOSE_FORM" after you START , WRITE form function module if not please use it..

If you are calling multiple layouts CLOSE_FORM FM need to be called accordingly..

OR Please check the CLOSE_FORM function module Import and Export parameters once and if any thing missed , Fill it according to upgraded version.

The problem was due to the font type Arial which was no longer supported after the upgrade of the system.

I just came across this post in search of some answers. We too have the same/similar problem here. How did you solve this?

I uploaded a new font type (Arial) from the windows directory (c:\windows\fonts\)

I used arial.ttf for regular Arial, arialbd.ttf for bold and ariali.ttf for italic. But upon using these lettertypes in a smartstyle (transaction smartforms), It doesn't quite look like arial font....?!

So I'm quite curious as to how this was solved on your side.
