Hi Team,

How to create an Address.

I tried with the following Fm's but was unsucessful.

ADDR_INSERT (What is that handle in this?)

ADDR_NUMBER_GET (How to get the generated Address No ?)

ADDR_MEMORY_SAVE

ADDR_MEMORY_CLEAR

ADDR_MAINTAIN_COMPLETE (Not returingg any errors but not returning the address no)

So please help me to create an address and get the generated address no.

You want to create address for which entity ?

I mean Customer, Vendor, Company Code, Plant......

I guess you can't create address explicitly and later use it for other purposes ( i.e. attaching it with above entities).

While creating any of the entities above and by maintaining their address section, ADNR ( Address Key ) is generated automatically and attached to the same.

Maybe this will help.

Also, are you using the commit at the end?

In all other cases, you must use function module ADDR_MEMORY_SAVE . Then useCOMMIT WORK to update the address data together with the application data.
