    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We're running into an issue while using smartforms to send pdf's to a certain mail Id.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This mail Id has a hyphen in the domain eg. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-email-small" href="mailto:summer@mon-tue.com"&gt;summer@mon-tue.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The internal error generated says Node not active in SCOT.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In SCOT, we have a restriction in place which allows emails for only *.internaldomian.com.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When we try to trigger an email from SO01 or any custom code to &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-email-small" href="mailto:summer@mon-tue.com"&gt;summer@mon-tue.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;, we see it in SOST (as required), but with the standard smartform process we run into this problem.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other email Id's work perfectly Ok with this standard function lf_fm_name, i.e. mails appear in SOST.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise if this is a restriction with this standard functionality maybe........&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks a lot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;saba.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Saba&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Certainly sound like an issue with the validation routine being called in the smartform generation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend running the process through in Debug mode to identify where the validation is getting triggered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you know where the issue is occurring you can make a call as to the next step to resolve.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Arden&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks a lot for the answers &lt;SPAN __jive_emoticon_name="happy" __jive_macro_name="emoticon" class="jive_macro jive_emote" src="https://community.sap.com/1237/images/emoticons/happy.gif"&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We finally figured out that for hyphen email id's this code somehow checks the SCOT node details.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure why, but there it is...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So after adding the hyphen address in SCOT, this issue's no more.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;saba.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
