If it is working fine on one printer and not another, there is nothing wrong with your smartforms or the RFC&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also check the device class and device type settings for the printer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Smartform Printer Issue</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Dear Experts,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have developed Smartform and configured 2 printers to call remotely and print, when I call RFC thorugh web and pass data, RFC will call Smarform and based on the user, printer will be chosen automatically and will print, but one printer is printing with bigger font and also Thai font is not printing correctly with that alignment in the smartform is getting disturbed, where as the other printer is working fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #222222; text-indent: 0px;"&gt;Kyocera TASKalfa 420i KX - Printing with bigger font (Not printing as per the print preview)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #222222; text-indent: 0px;"&gt;Kyocera Mita KM-3035 KX - Printing as per the print preview and as per the requirement &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #222222; text-indent: 0px;"&gt;Please let me know the reason that why I am getting this problem.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #222222; text-indent: 0px;"&gt;Thanks in Advance...&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #222222; text-indent: 0px;"&gt;BR&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #222222; text-indent: 0px;"&gt;Venkat&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
