Dynamic Smart forms Call Setting for Header and Item Data

Dear Abaper;

I have to create a purchase requisition using smart form where in

I have a header in the tabular format as shown in the below screen shot.

This header is having data which again is having sub item data as shown by an arrow.

So please let me know how can it achieve this.

Help will be appreciated.

This is a sample of multilevel deep structure usage for smart form .

The build up of the data to be printed is done in the calling program .

Hi Dheeraj,

Use Nested loop concept.

Outer loop should point out the Material code and inner loop points out the sub-code.

Create template for both outer loop and inner loop. Fill the values inside the loop.

It isn't possible to create a second table into a tableline.

So yes, you need to work with two templates inside.

I would recommend you to have the following Structure, to make it easy to read.

Table

-- header

--line (long line on your screen)

---number

---( code, description ,,, to tracking number) This is one Field

----textnode with tabs to handle the single data

----do-enddo to handle your additional data

---description

I have applied this logic but it occur alignment problem and it not give proper data

means

if sub code is 10

30 then it print only 30 but in debugging give all proper value So I kindly guide me How can I apply this logic

Hi Dheeraj,

This is nothing but nested structure, so outer and inner template should contain same number of columns and width size of column should be same, then we won't face the alignment problem.

If the system is only printing sub-code 30 means, then the template should be pasted outside the inner loop, kindly move the template and text elements inside the inner loop.

Hi Dheeraj,

You Are facing problem to print data in specific format.

Your Header data come properly.

Please Make Two Table 1 for your item no (S No.)

and second for all data (subcode, description ,qty , unite.t.c)

create table for second table inside loop of first table and mach with sno.

create appropriate text field for second table and print .

if you facing problem .

please share your page window hierarchy .
