Wrong encoding after saving ABAP source in the web gui

Dear all,

I have a strange issue regarding use of SE80 while editing arbitrary source over the web gui: if we save a file, we are obviously getting encoding problems. So, spaces are coded with &nbsp. This does not happen if we work with SAP GUI. We also tryed IE10 & IE11, no chance.

This issue is quite annoying, since we cant use the workbench in web gui at all under this circumstances. We are on 7.31. Im glad about any hint, thanks
