Hello together,

The FM 'RFC_READ_TABLE' generates me a String. This String should be inserted into a structure with multiple columns.

Is there any way or FM to handle this?

Regards

This function also has a delimiter which you can use to split the values into different columns.

E.g.: GT_stringtab type standard table of string.

split wa_string at delimiter into gt_stringtab.

Now gt_stringtab holds all fieldvalues as separate lines of the table

You can also use split wa_string at delimiter into wa_structure-field1 wa_structure-field2 etcetera. That way you are populating the structure direct.
