In your description, you have a typo. GSB vs GBS. Did you do the same when creating the PID?

Neal

Not sure I understand the question correctly... Are you saying that in a custom report on the selection screen the value does not default despite being set in the user parameters? I've never touched the attributes of the selection screen but adding MEMORY ID <id> to the parameter has worked so far with no issues.

Standard transactions would be another story, I guess.

This is custom report with part of selection screen using Std Logical Data Base - ADA , So In selection screen of ADA , GSBER is one of the field and screen attributes of GSBER ( From LDB ADA ) the SET/GET PID check boxes are checked in the ( special attributes tab of it ). Which I assume that the GSBER would be defaulted from SAP Memory which is indirectly should be from user PID. We have only one Business Area configured and it is populated in user PID.

So , I was expecting that when user logs on the PID would be in SAP Memory and the transaction selection should be reading memory ( GET) and defaulting it .. Which is not happening...

Thanks.

Ravi.
