Output tyep : dispatch time 2

I need to automatically populate the dispatch date and time field for a output type (Allp = V3 - billing). The dispatch option is set to 2 (send with job, with additional time specification). The date field should be populated automatically with billing date. This means the output should be sent on the billing date.

Hi,

sounds like this is something you define in your driver programm, so just match the table-fields to the formular fields. Or do you want other dates on your formular when printing on differnet days?

i did not fully understand your requirement.

Hi Stefan,

While creating invoice, an output type Z*** is getting determined. This output type sends an EDI message to the customer. We need to send this invoice EDI message only on the billing date. So the dispatch date type needs to be 2. Hence, when the program RSNAST00 runs, it will trigger the EDI message on the billing date and not before.

This date in the dispatch date field should be populated automatically when the output type gets determined. The dispatch type 2 is configured in customizing. Only the date needs to be added. But where exactly it needs to be added is what I need to know.

If you see the screen shot, the 1st point will flow in from the customizing. So no problem here. The second point is what is need to provide. This field should be updated to billing date.

Hi,

never used the dispatch time. though i found this post sounds like its just possible to fill the dates manually.

maybe others can help.

well checking the fields (F1 -> F9) shows they linked to NAST Table, so maybe update Nast table afterwards btw. give dates in open form when creating this output.
