Adding Internal Notes to Email Body content

There is requirement of adding the Internal notes in the Email body content.

PFA the exact format of the email.

What you mean by Internal notes?

Refer the example for mailing ..BCS_EXAMPLE_1

There you can see this line.

APPEND 'Hello world!' TO text.

internal table 'text' having the body content.

append what ever the text want to internal table 'text'.

Hi Sreekanth,

I want to have the editable field in email body.

Example which you showed is not the requirement we need.

Please refer to the attachment where we have editable field in that.

Hi pratham kapoor,

You can add the Scroll Box in Email Body by using the HTML format.

Code :

This 'div' element uses 'overflow:scroll' to create scrollbars whenever the contents of the 'div' become too large.

Above code you have to put it into a Email message body and mail format should be 'HTM'.
