Company Code creation (BAPI / FM / Methods)???

Hello experts,

Any BAPI, FM or Methods that can be used to create company code? The requirement is to automate company code config.

Also, since this needs transport, is there any suggestion on how can we handle this matter properly?

And if I'll be doing it in BDC, any idea on how to skip those dialog screens? There are lots of dialog screens in EC01.

Or would there be any way on how to create new company code in the background?

Have you tried searching, asking your colleagues, team lead, functional consultant, etc.?

Could you outline what you have tried for yourself so far, to rule out people who might be thinking about helping?

Hi,

I can not quite believe what I'm reading - who has requirement to automate something that is normally part of implementation project.. and more importantly - why? Or is the "Company code" you mean not the one I have in mind - T001 with all the attendant customizing? If it is T001 company code - what does it need to be configured for, what uses?

I consider automating customisation of "Company codes" an impossible challenge...

Hi Gareth & Janis, thanks for responding. Already got what I am looking. Just found a document about it. @Janis, hmmm not sure if we are on the same page. automation is not the right word I should had used.
