I have attached a screenshot. In that, somebody changed the program RVADIN01 to some other zprogram. How could I get the original program name RVADIN01?

Hi, Ashok!

If database table logging is enabled in your system you can try to find the bad guy in SCU3 (TNAPR table stores the link between output type, program and print form and it has a switched on logging).

Otherwise you can go to SE03, "search for objects in requests/tasks" with R3TR CDAT VN_T685B (you'll probably get lots of requests) and, for example, take the latest requests by number and check them.
