BAPI - Document not saved in the DB Table

Dear all,

Can you please check the below issue:

There is a BAPI (standard program) which gets executed and I see the document created in the importing parameter. But when we go to the table, that document does not exist there i.e data not yet been written to the table. So, We have written a FM in the update task and inside that FM, we have written the code to check if the document exists in the table. But even at that point also, document not yet been created in the table. We basically need to confirm if the document is indeed created so that to do further processing with the document.

Can you please let me know how to get this..

Hi,

Did you check whether the document gets updated in the table after some time(wait command.... ).

Please give more details about the BAPI you use and where is this used.

Hi,

There is a BAPI 'BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST' written in the FM 'IDOC_INPUT_ACC_DOCUMENT'. We have called our FM after that form. We didn't use any wait command.

did you do commit work? use BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT

We can't use 'Commit' in the standard program right

How are you using this FM? Is it through your program or std SAP?
