Consuming Webservice: CX_ST_GROUP_MISSING_CASE:.Element 'sys_id' missing

Hi,

I'm working on solman integration with external system servicenow. When consuming the external web service method, i received error "SOAP:1,001 CX_ST_GROUP_MISSING_CASE:.Element 'sys_id' missing" from the RESPONSE.

From the Payload trace, i can see all the returned values including for element 'sys_id'. I tried debugged from backend, the exception error was thrown from CL_SXMLP_DATA_ST method IF_SXML_SERIALIZABLE~DESERIALIZE when it was calling the sap generated transformation program.

Is there any additional info missing in the return value (RESPONSE) such as namespace or prefix, in order for SAP to interpret these nodes?Any advice please?

Hi dear all,

I have exactly the same problem. I must integrate Solman with ServiceNow. If somebody can resolve this issue, I'm very interested.
