      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Paul.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You have to request the authorization to whoever administrate the users.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then you should see a screen like the one below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG class="migrated-image" src="https://community.sap.com/legacyfs/online/storage/attachments/storage/7/jiveimages/524282" width="450" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then you check the BFs to activate and press Activate Changes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;André&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
