Change Program Name

I have one program named 'zreport'.

I have moved this to production client.

Can I change the name of this program in Production Client?

Why don't you change the name on the developer system and transport it? Normally, there's no reason for editing any workbench objects in the productive system...

no... why sould you be able to change programms in production without transporting from testsystem?

i hope you will never do this

1 option is to "open" the production for customizing and ddic changes. But in your case this is ablsolutly no choice and always leads to trouble when you have to proove the consistenz of your SAP System.

just change it in test system an transport it again.

Hi Rahul,

Generally you do not follow this approach.

If you want to do it, get approval for se38 with security team.
