I have tested my customer BAPI in SE80 and SWO1 to be implementable, but not released, can we see it in BAPI explorer?

Hi, my problem is we are doing testing in sandbox, thus can't transport, thus can't be released, so is there any trick we can play, so we can let this method to appear in BAPI explorer

Can't you create/get a test transport ?? It is not required to release the transport to set release status of a business object.
