RFPOS and RFPOSX included the structures activate it but once I run the FBL5N but added fields are not showing in this transaction code

Execute a Report RFPOSXEXTEND and then the fileds will be visible in fbl5n.

Yes run report RFPOSXEXT an BALVBUFDEL too, adapt variant and you should see the fields.

Now, you should fill the new field values (*) with either BTE 00001650 or BAdI FI_ITEMS_CH_DATA (Better use BAdI for performance)
