    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to restrict users from changing the Retention Period from our Default Setting of 8 Days to "Do Not Delete" when running a background job ?&amp;nbsp; I thought maybe S_SPO_ACT would be an option but was wrong.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank You !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

This report is used to define the appearance of the print dialog in general for the whole system!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank You Peter,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried checking the two options for Retention but didn't realize that using the copy button at the bottom was the key.&amp;nbsp; I was also confused by no save button but the check mark worked well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Appreciate your quick answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
