Is there any tool or report, that will automatically add comments to existing custom codes.

TABLES: KNA1.

will be changed to :

TABLES: KNA1. "Customer Master

You might want to look at this free enhancement.

Advanced Pretty Printer enhancement details

It does a lot of alignment related things. Just see the screenshots. If it does not add comments, it should be easy to write additional code to do so as you now have a starting point. It is using an implicit enhancement to do extra source code manipulations when pretty printer button is pressed.
