Finding COPA document for a billing doc without accounting document

Hi Team,

I am using BAPI BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENTS_RECORD to find list of COPA documents for respective billing document .This BAPI is getting failed in a situation when there is no accounting document for that particular billing document even COPA is available ,not able to pick it up.

Kindly provide ur inputs on how to get the COPA documents for a billing doc without accounting doc using this BAPI.

I'm a bit confused how and why would you have a COPA document but not the accounting document.

But if you can indeed see a reference to COPA document in VF03 then just set up SQL Trace (ST05) and see where this data is coming from.

I doubt there is a BAPI for this, it seems rather unusual to me.
