choosing value from pop-up

guyz!

i am writing one bdc, which will execute in the background. so inbetween the transaction, some pop-ups are coming. so my requirement is to choose the proper value from the pop-up. obviously it has to be automated. like in my flat file, there will be some value. so my application program has to check the particular internal table value against the pop-up value. based on that it has to select a corresponding row. so any one can help me out in this context.

try the SHDB recording by giving data for which u get pop up & then generrate the code from recording & use it in bdc

Handle the transaction in SHDB mode once.

It wil generate you a recording.

Build your bdc data table as per the recording.

This would take care of all the pop up screens.

Do the same process but this time selection a different option in one of those pop ups.

IN you program, you have to check the value of the field and call your recording accordingly.
