    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi peter ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You cannot get values if you just give the field name.. You must read the field values using a function module DYNP_VALUES_READ.Using this Function module it is possible to read the values of the text field.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is because you are working in POV of a particular field. so same way if you want to update some other field with your values.. You cannot give the value directly to the field name . You have to set the values to the field using DYNP_VALUES_UPDATE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sivaganesh&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dear all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have 3 input fields in the screen , for the 3rd field i have used POV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; PROCESS &lt;SPAN class="L0S52"&gt;ON &lt;SPAN class="L0S52"&gt;VALUE-REQUEST&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="L0S55"&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;SPAN class="L0S52"&gt;FIELD &lt;/SPAN&gt;GV_VERID &lt;SPAN class="L0S52"&gt;MODULE &lt;/SPAN&gt;VAL_VERID&lt;SPAN class="L0S55"&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="L0S52"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="L0S55"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="L0S52"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="L0S55"&gt;in the module val_verid i have used select query to fetch values from mkal and passed that value to &lt;SPAN class="L0S52"&gt;CALL &lt;SPAN class="L0S52"&gt;FUNCTION &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="L0S33"&gt;'F4IF_INT_TABLE_VALUE_REQUEST'.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="L0S52"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="L0S55"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="L0S52"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="L0S33"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="L0S52"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="L0S55"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="L0S52"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="L0S33"&gt;Problem is in select query i have used first two fields in where condition .those two fields showing empty even after i have given values in the text box.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="L0S52"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="L0S55"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="L0S52"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="L0S33"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="L0S52"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="L0S55"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="L0S52"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="L0S33"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="L0S52"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="L0S55"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="L0S52"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="L0S33"&gt;How to rectify this.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="L0S52"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="L0S55"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="L0S52"&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
