Try to populate them with BTE 00001120.

PD: I have been checking notes, and maybe, before to try with BTE, according note 152454 - Reference keys not transferred in transaction F-28, try to set the flag T001-XJVAA = 'X' in the settings for company.

Hi Gopinathan,

How are you creating the Clearing document? Are your creating it manually??

Try putting value * in the field while creating the document. SAP will internally populate the Ref document # in the field if you pass "*" in the field.
