Dear sir,

We are getting errors when doing monthly utilization through j2iun.

system shows errors balance in transaction currency, when we utilize pla amount and simulate and post.

there is balance in pla.

i have attached some screen shots .pl check and guide us regarding that

Hi Sanjay,

You should first check all the registers are update correctly in your J1I7 report based on your excise group and transaction type..

This type of error's are due to Incorrect Exchange rate maintained or not maintained in T-code OB08

First maintain the Exchange rate in OB08 and then again try to execute J2IUN for utilization.
