Problem with MKPf table

Hi,

i have appended custom strucure in MKPF table, the append structure was activated but MKPF table is showing as partly activated then I deleted the custom appended field and tried to reactivate but still its showing as partly active .Do i need to use se14 ? Will the data remain intact, because its already in production.

Please help me

Hi, Veda

Delete the custom Append from the system. & now you can run se14 with SAVE DATA & adjust table.

please read the SAP documentation before use SE14,

Hi Veda

Please do as follows:

Goto Utilitiies --> Database Object --> Database Utility --> Activate and adjust database.

This step will activate and adjust the datase.

You may do directly from SE14 also.

Pleaes note: The reason may be

The limit for field/record length exceeded.

However, even if it has partially active status we can add data and retrieve data from database but its flag an error "inconsistency persist".
