RSTXLITF - SAP Script upload standard program

I am trying to create a SAP Script using a text file. I am giving following inputs:

Object Selection: Form

Object Name: SAP Script Name

Mode: Import

Unfortunately, the program is stuck and not processing further. It also doesn't give any error message. Any help would be appreciated.

In our system (EHP6) the report RSTXLITF does not have such parameters. It also has a rather detailed documentation (blue [i] button).

Either way, if you are an ABAPer (and non-ABAPer should not be importing SAPScripts IMHO) then what is preventing you from using a debugger and SM50 or other known tools to troubleshoot this issue?
