Work process showing stopped status

Experts,

In our DEV system we are facing an issue with work process going into stop status because

of SNC issue. Error contents in work process is shown as below

*** ERROR => SncPAcquireCred()==SNCERR_GSSAPI [sncxxall.c 1439]

GSS-API(maj): GSS: No credentials were supplied

GSS-API(min): A search in config files and/or DNS returned no results

Could't acquire INITIATING credentials for

Please assist me to resolve the issue.

From the error message, I can see that this message is from the CyberSafe TrustBroker Secure Client product, which is not supported on this forum. Please use the support service provided by CyberSafe to get help.
