This is now resolved.

Hello All,

I have set change pointers for IDOC HRMD_A, with an extension and have been using the mechanism to send IDOCs to third party successfully for past 5 months. Program RHALESMD is scheduled to run daily and pick up all change pointers. Employee hire actions, employee changes etc everything is flowing through OK.

The only issue is when there is a future dated employee hire - example - employee is hired for start of December today(21.11.2013) then the report - RHALESMD does not create an IDOC for this future dated record(as expected) BUT - marks the record as PROCESSED.

So, in the future run, this employee record is not processed - and we do not have any details in the third party system for the future dated employee hired in the system.

Can anyone give me any clues as to what i need to set - or any note that needs to be applied?

Thanks a lot!

Vaishali

Try running PFAL for this pernr of future date and see if the idoc is generated.
