selection screen of logical database

hi there,

i have a z-abap where i am using logical database SDF. so there is a standard selection-screen.

now i want to add 2 radio-buttons BEFORE the standard selection screen of SDF.

when i add the 2 radio buttons in the z-abap they appear after the SDF selection screen.

any ideas how to archive this ?

Hai Martin,

When using LDB's the predefined Selection screen will appear then only our customized screen will appear. To my knowledge we can't make custome screen to come before the Std Selection screen.

Hai Martin,

Then better you develop the custom screen for the whole report without LDB.? Is it possible to do or shall i go through for some other feasibility.

Use a turnaround like SAP in report like RFITEMGL, FBL3N : declaring some standard selection field as no-display (Use same include)

Hi,

after finishing your work you can change selection-screen 1000 of your report. I hav checked this with a simple sample program usinf LDB SDF and one parameters and GETs on SKA1 and SKB1. I've moved my own parameter to the top. It works.

But if you change something on your selection (new or changed own parameters or select-options, new or deleted GETs on SDF tables), screen 1000 will be created anew and the radio-buttons will return below the SDF standard select-options and parameters.

Hello Martin,

Can you do following;

1) Copy LDB SDF to a custom LDB: ZSDF

2) Then activate it.

3) goto SE36. Put Logical database: ZSDF, select "Database Program"

4) Find all internal table with name "sdf_sp" and make it "zsdf_sp". Activate it.

So you have ZSDF ready for use.

Now you can change the selection screen of ZSDF, by adding two custom radio button.

1) you can go to SE36, LDB = ZSDF

2) Select "Selections". go inside in Changte mode and add your radio button.

Then you can use the same ZSDF in your program, in Properties of SE38.

TABLES: ska1,skb1,skc1c,bsis ,bkpf, bseg, bsega, skat.

START-OF-SELECTION.

GET ska1.

Processing logic

END-OF-SELECTION.

thanks all for the solutions, but i am not allowed to make a copy auf SDF ! so this is no option.

i don't want to delte standard-fields ! the standard screen must be there as original !
