Issue in Smartforms

Hi All,

End User print some document, when i see print preview then it is fine.

But when User take print out(hard Copy) then one word changes.

In print preview the word "that" becomes "thas"(in print out).

where will going wrong? any one face such scenario?

Check in smartforms for the text.

If possible, paste the screenshot here.

Hi Nikita,

Please check the Text maintained in your smartform.

I think based on the information it is because of problem with the configuration of fonts used by you in the Dev system. So can you request your basis team to help and resolve this issue.

Can you check the printout (output) using spool report RSTXPDFT4.
