Barcode printing in SAPscript

Hi experts,

I need to print a barcode in SAPscript in various types of printers, I tested with standards AUFNR, BC_JAN, C128A_00 but only displays it and not prints it, also create a barcode in the transaction se73 but not even displayed. Review the types of printers for each standard barcode and do not use any of the following list:

Hi Robert,

Which barcode are you trying to print.

Your question is too brief and ambigious.

There are several barcode formats. Which one are you using in your SAPSCRIPT?

Did you check with you BASIS consultants if the device type used is correct on the printer?

The barcode need to print is BC_JAN, the printers we use are:

RICOH AFICIO 2045

RICOH PL171

HP M1212nf mfp

HP 2035

HP P1005

HP 4515N

HP LASER JET 1320

HP Laser Jet 1022

HP C4480

HP LASERJET 2300N

HP 1606DP

HP 1022

SAMSUNG ML-1740

The BASIS consultant do not know about printing devices.

If the barcode BC_JAN is not appropriate recommend me one please, though I tried with all the standards barcode that have sap to see if any printed but no had success.

Hi Robert,

The type of bar code you use is normally dependent upon the type of scanner you are using. The following link provides SAP's recomendations for SAPscripts.

It also has the link you provided above. The BC_JAN bar code is not on this list so it looks like it is not a normal bar code. Try using BC_CD39 to see if you can get it to print. I believe this is a very common bar code.
