No Authorization while createing project using segw TC

Hi,

I am getting the error message while creating project in SEGW ( Netweaver Gateway Service Builder ) as "You are not authorized to create project"

in SAP Netweaver Demo System.

Can any tell me how to solve this issue.I have get the authorization from BASIS People?
