Failed Connection SAP Portal With SQL SERVER

Hi Experts, im triying to connect a Web Dynpro Portal with SQL SERVER with the connector JDBC but i have this error:

SQLException:ResourceException

in method ConnectionFactoryImpl.getConnection():

com.sap.engine.services.dbpool.exceptions.BaseResourceException:

SQLException thrown by the physical connection: java.sql.SQLException:

[Microsoft][SQLServer 2000 Driver for JDBC]Error establishing socket.

In the attached Files are the images of the error, and the configuration of the DataSource

I think you might be better off logging this under

SAP NetWeaver Portal

instead of

ABAP Development

Thanks Glen, I already solve the problem, the solution was:
the name of the database in the datasource is written "databaseName" and i had
"database_name", and the server name is "PORTAL/SQLEXPRESS" and I had PORTAL.
