Error on transport request [Table Activation error]

Dear Professional

Im getting error on transport request Table TABNAME could not be activated (E- Nametab for table TABNAME cannot be generated )

I have develop application and test Development server client and then i transport to the Quality server client for testing it was successfully transport without error ; but when Basis try transport in Production its given above error

Note : I have check the table its activated , also i search on net solution as they mention its could dependency object where not transport ; so how i can check in which transport request is dependency for error transport

Kindly let me know what might be the problem.

Hi,

can you have more log information about the activation problem ?

You say you have check the table is activated .. is-it ?? if yes maybe you could ask administrator to re-importe the transport request.

Hi Talal Al Balushi,

In production Server previously this table already exist or not. if already exist table. go to once QAS system open table click on version management can you can see the all dependent object. then you can solve the problem.

Hi Talal Al Balushi,

I hope this table is created along with this development. I suggest you attach the entire table to a new request and re transport the new request.

Create a tr. request (SE09) and you can insert a object manually in that.

PgmID Obj Object name

R3TR TABL <Tablename>.

Hi,

I also had this problem before. As far as I know, it might be because of few reasons:

1) One of your field has an invalid data type.

2) You didn't define technical settings for the table

Hi,

i too faced this problem before.

1. Any one of your field in that table is not active or it should belong to another TR.

2.Check DATA ELEMENT and DOMAIN are active or it is belong to any other TR.

Mostly it is because any DDIC object belong to that table is not active or it will be partially active.

Are there messages in activation log, SE11 menu Extras on target system ?
Did you try SE14 ?
Can you check Data Class value in table attrbutes, are there other tables in target system with this class ?
What is the database ?
