error from BAPI_MATVAL_PRICE_CHANGE

When we are trying to execute the BAPI BAPI_MATVAL_PRICE_CHANGE we are facing the error stating “No Customizing data for valuation area AD1 found” .

Even though after confirmation that EA-FIN is also activate we are facing the same error after executing the BAPI.

Please let us know on what we need to do for this and how to proceed further?

Can you do a quick check and see whether manually using transaction you can change the price?

I am able to change the price through MR21 T-Code.

for customizing the code we are trying to make use of a C FM ,but we faced an error from "prices_post " which was used in that C FM.

the error encountered from that "PRICES_POST" is "internal error :reference to material **** could not be found".

So through this forum i came to know about the BAPI,here also triggered with other Error stating "No Customizing data for valuation area AD1 found”".

Dear Reddy,

check in table 'CKML_PRICE_SEND ' for the entry of valuation area AD1, if entry does not found means their some configuration requrires. Means the material which requires to dispatch in against of which their should be Threshold values for warnings concerning price changes (as %)..
