HR_MAINTAIN_MASTERDATA Entry not allowed

Hi ,

I am using FM HR_MAINTAIN_MASTERDATA to insert IT2010 records .

For some pernrs its not working properly .

FM is not returning any error . But it is also not returning modified key and record is not getting created .

When i tried to debug using dialogue mode 2 , It is giving message at bottom as 'Entry not allowed , It2001 absence' , and not displaying pa30 screen.

is there any relation between It2001 and IT2010 . I dont have much functional knowledge of HR

Can you please help me with this .

Hi,

The Payroll infotype 2010 is linked to the Absenses.

Your renumeration will be generated taking into consideration on the number of leaves you have taken which is available in the Absenses infotype 2001.

Check if the person you are trying to update the infotype is on a long leave. That might be a reason for it. IF no can you let me know the message class and the message number of the message you are getting.

Thank you very much for your help !

I checked in IT2001 , pernr I was trying to update was on leave on those date .

But the strange thing is record is getting created when I try to create it manually by PA30 .

Do you have any idea why this happens ? Also HR_MAINTAIN_MASTERDATA is not returning any error.

For your reference message, I am getting is SB 100 .

Its an information message .

Return table of HR_MAINTAIN_MASTERDATA is null , also modified key is null .
