Hi all,

Does anyone have experience in getting data from PC MILER to SAP. if you have any documents or sample code please pass on.

Distance Determination Service (DDS)

Distance Determination Service (see anchor Note 597796) provides an interface for retrieving distances from third-party distance providers and posting the distances to shipment cost documents for use in the calculation of distance-dependent freight costs. Currently supported distance providers are Rand McNally's MileMaker and ALK's PC Miler, which must be separately purchased. This component also requires the SAP Business Connector. Versions of this component are currently available for SAP R/3 4.6c, 4.7, ECC 5.0 and ERP 6.0.

Hi Basant,

Did you find anything on Milemaker to Interface it with SAP. Please help me if you have any documentation specific to integrating it with SAP .Net connector.

Hi all,

I am working on the PC miler version 29 to find the distance that is Mileage Report ..

http://pcmiler.alk.com/APIs/Help/v1.0/Developer/MileageReport

We are interacting with proxy structure to PC miler .. the Proxy Structure is generated based on WSDL ..

To get the Mileage Report, Stops ( Latitude and Longitude) and Report Type is the mandatory field..

Issue is: Report Type is Char1 field in the provided proxy structure and PC Miler expects it as string like MILEAGE...

Any clue how to resolve this.

@Basant: If you have worked on the same.. can you please let me know who did you do it.
