Delete export button in BSP

HI ALL, I have to delete export button ( which is used for export excel ) in MSS/ESS for perticular Project Mangers and Line mangers. Please let me know how to this. I have done like this if there is any other way so please let me know. Where project manager and line manager will be only 0735. its urgent.

I have done like this;

Is this a right way to do or there is some alternate way to do .Please let me know.
