Hi Experts,

Created report for Plant Maintenance using SQVI - QuickViewer , How to attach that report to PM menu.

Hi Kamlesh,

What's the PM menu?

SQVI views are per user only, but when you go to SE38 after executing a view you will see the generated report name. You can put a transaction onto this report and add it to your favorites.

It may also be used by other users then, but it's not a good solution as the report is generated and might change.

PM- Plant Maintenance Menu,

I am able to see the report in SE38, now how to put transaction code.

Exeute the SQVI query you created using SQVI transaction.

the program displays the selection screen of your report.

goto, System-> status from the menu bar.

copy the program name (most probably the program will be having some alpan=bets foloowed with lots of =======), Copy the program.

Go to se 93 transaction

provide a t code of your choice and hit create.

A popup will appear, provide a short text and select the second radio button for reports.

and press tick or hit enter.

in the screen provide the program name and screen no as 1000. save the t code.

try executing the t code ..the report will be shown.

now go to the PM area menu, add the tcode in the same.
