GL Line items table

Hello Experts,

i have a requirement to fetch the entries from perticular P&L accounts and churn the data and post it to some other GLs. for that i need a table where i can fetch the data from.Please let me know the tables for GL Line items for Profit and Loss accounts.

Dear Archana,

I want to access the data using GL number, if i use the table BSEG, i need the company code,document number and year.

i need a table where i can access the data based on GL account number.

Hi Satheesh,

There are many tables related to G/L Account for different purposes. So maybe you can but SAKNR in Data Type in SE11 tcode and then do a where-used list to get a list of tables. You can choose the one appropriate for you. Hope this helps!

This will be BSIS and BSAS tables. Make sure that for all P&L accounts SKB1-XKRES is set to "X", otherwise you might not find all relevant items in these tables.
