Link between Appropriation Request No. & Work item id (linked Workflow)

Hi everyone,

I have a requirement to display all the comments and list of attachments linked to a workflow against a Appropriation request number. i.e. I want a link between Appropriation request number and the workflow linked against that AR. Independently I have the table for workflow (SWWWIHEAD) and AR (IMAK) but is there any link between these two ?? Please help folks.

check FM "SAP_WAPI_READ_CONTAINER".Pass workitem ID and see if returns the desired details?

Thank you for your response but still the question is how to get work item ID against any appropriation request ?

I have already tried this function module and yes this is a very useful function module which will give list of comments and the present approver and also total number of approvers as well as attachments.

If I get the answer to the above question i think everything is solved. Please help.

In this function module SAP_WAPI_WORKITEMS_TO_OBJECT pass

objtype : 'BUS2104' : Business object number used in the workflow.

objkey : Appropriation request number
