Could you please tell me how to reduce spaces between words in smartforms? (Specially in arabic language)

Hi,

Defining your PARAGRAPH FORMAT suitable to you need can reduce the spaces but a much more dependency is in the Font available in system.

Just as different fonts in English appear different due to the spacing and alignment I think a similar rule applies for all others. You might have to look for diffrent font formats for arabic that can be uploaded in system in SE78 and used.

Use proper character format. It will care the spaces. In some cases the character spacing appears on preview only, upon printing it will come fine.

Hi Ahmed,

Make use of variable(symbol) along with C.

For example

move 'SCN Discussion Form' to gv_text.

and while placing the variable in text element make sure your variable like &gv_text(C)&(it compress additional spaces between words and it specifies exactly one space between every word).

Then your out should be like SCN Discussion Form.

Yeah it appears on preview only, so can i control the spaces in the print preview?
