Hello Everyone,

I want to learn RFC - Remote Function Call(t-code SM59).

Does anyone has good documentation that explains step by step approach for learning RFC.

i.e. setting up of remote destinations and calling applications of NON-SAP system from SAP system.

I want to know how to call non-sap system applications from sap system.

Please send me the good documentation.

The best is to browse through SAP help which has all the step by step instructions.

RFC can be veryuseful and it has many complex settings and can be really used in vast scenarios.

SAP help explains most of the scenarios.

I think this is more extensive than u would find in any word document. There isnt much in the settings of a RFC. The main thing is to know what to be defined and when and what to be used when. And i think this is well explained in help.
