But the supervisor SAP ID was expired and therefore the step went into error . Later the approvals were completed in the parralel approval step but the workflow did not re start . It just hanged and kept on giving the eror message ' SET_STATUS_INTERNAL' : STATUS CHANGE FROM COMPLETED TO READY IS NOT ALLOWED and WORKITEM STARTED MANUALLY AFTER ERROR : UNABLE TO START SUBFLOW . So wanted to know what status is the workflow trying to change from COMPLETED to READY .
