Hi Guys,

we need to add a field in the MIR7 Transaction basic data screen,

for that i used the badi ' BADI_FDCB_SUBBAS04'.

Using this badi i try to add the field in the transaction screen its added.

Now my problem is when i try to give module status and call subscreen

subbas04 INCLUDING cprog dynnr.

and try to activate its through error

kindly try to help me this issue, i aready tryed in scn for the post someone already updated the same but there is no proper answer for the same

Try to define that sub screen in screen painter,save,activate.

The various approaches I found on the internet are not working for my situation. Then I happen to solve the problem by re-type the subscreen name in all capital letters in the element list. It worked.

I think there is an inconsistent rule to handle the case of the name between the ABAP editor and screen painter.

To reproduce the issue,

1. Create a subscreen area name it 'subscreen_detail'. Save. Activate.

2. In flow logic, write "call subscreen subscreen_detail including sy-repid '1000'. ". Check syntax. You will get this error.

3. In element list, re-type the name to 'SUBSCREEN_DETAIL'. Save.

4. Go back to flow logic, check syntax, the problem is gone.

I cannot believe SAP has such kind of stupid bug in the year 9102. Shame.

Anyway, re-type the name in capital letters does solve this stupid problem.
