Workflow emails displaying comma as decimal separator

Hello,

My workflow for claims approval sends out email to the requester when a claim is approved.

The problem is the amount mentioned in the email text is of the format 2.355,00.

I want it to be displayed like 2,355.00.

I have set the User's default settings for the approver in SU01 to "1,234,567.89", but that did not help.

Please help.

Hello Ashu,

If there is a step before the approval, check the user id that is triggerring the workflow from the very beginning .

If this doesn't help, you can add a step to your workflow that formats the amount just before sending the email. The field that determines the format of the amount is USR01-DCPFM.
