SOST - Message in node cannot be processed due to authorization problem

Hi Gurus ,

In our SRM system , in the transaction code SOST , we have got logs for a few transmission requests which have failed .

This shows the error message 'Message in node cannot be processed due to authorization problem' .

As an observation the send method of all these entries is 'Via Remote SAP'

Can you please suggest how can this be fixed ?

What is the authorization missing here ?

Hi,

Check with Basis to see if the job scheduled for program RSCONN01 is running, if yes check the authorization of user which is being used for execution of this job.

Let me know if you need list of authorization that needs to be assigned to user for sending mails through SOST.

Hi Harshit,

Have a look at the below given authorisation object

S_OC_SEND Authorization Object for Sending

S_OC_SOSG Authorization Object for Send Request Overview

Please check the above authorisation object are available wit the user with user.

S_OC_SEND field COM_MODE RML is important

I was wondering if you are able to provide with a list of such authorization objects?

Or do you know how can a pull it from the system given a program name?
