form printed based on customer language

Hello,

Currently my sapscript is in EN so the form is printed in EN.

The requirement is if the language of the customer (customer master) is Chinese , then the form should be printed in chinese.

How do I acheive this .

Hi,

I hope you would have used OPEN_FORM in the driver program. In that specify the import parameter LANGUAGE.

Inside the driver program, NAST-OBJKY will have a object number (for ex: sales order number). From that select the customer number from VBAK and then select the customer language from KNA1. Pass the language to OPEN_FORM.

Hello Mona,

In order to print the sap script form in Chinese language first need to create the form in Chinese language using transaction SE76. After activating the form in Chinese language set OPEN_FORM import parameter Language .

Hi Mona,

To achieve the same you can do the following.

1. As suggested by Niranjan, making changes in the driver program. But it can create problem if you want to print same output in English for the same customer.

2. Best way is to maintain the output configuration by customer and language.

3. Make the changes manually for the languages in the output settings for each form.

If the form needs to be translated in chinese then you can use the tcode SE63 for the translation from English to Chinese.

Dear Mona,

the same has been mentioned in my previous answer. The assignment is specific to tcodes for eg for tcode vf01 the output can be maintain in VV31 but for same the functional needs to maintain the condition record
