Users Transaction Issues

Dear All,

While users doing Transactions in MM SD FICO, Users Facing Errors.

errors are

1. user xyz already processing the order

2. document 12346 does not exist.

Please find the attached error messages

Hi,

You did not attached any screen shot.

Anyway this 2 error is simple,

1) Another user or end user already processing the same thing in another machine,

If You tell him to stop that works that is ok, otherwise from sm12 tcode remove the lock entries.

check sap notes 1155911 also.

2)suppose you want to display any sales order ,but that sales order does not exist,so create that,simple.

Probably It is the reason of that error.
